Classroom training to protect our environment and communities from petroleum spills

Fisheries and Oceans Canada recognized that proper training was a key factor in the safe management of their petroleum storage tanks. So they asked us to prepare the training materials they would need to deliver in-class training sessions to their employees. Course curriculum, presentation slides, handouts, evaluation sheets, discussion questions—everything needed to learn about the federal regulations and applicable codes that govern the safe handling of storage tanks.

Our waterways are the source of livelihood for many communities and also the home of millions of species. A single litre of gasoline fuel spilled in a body of water can contaminate one billion litres of water! Fisheries and Oceans Canada wanted complete and comprehensive training to prevent spills from disrupting the delicate balance of our waterways. Our Croix Ability Services subject matter experts delivered the training sessions and provided the instruction required  to keep our waterways healthy.
