Supplier Information
Building a strong and sustainable supply chain
For more than 50 years, we’ve proven our commitment to equal opportunity by pioneering successful, proactive development programs for diverse business enterprises. Building diversity into the project supply chain is a powerful engine for economic growth—diverse knowledge leads to more positive project outcomes.
We build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to bring savings and value-added services to our clients and communities, but also to support our quality, health, safety, and environmental goals as an organization.
Project managers are responsible to conduct prequalifying reference checks, such as previous work experience, safety records, and claim history, prior to engaging subconsultants and contractors on projects. All part of an ongoing subcontractor management process.
We have infrastructure in place that monitors, tracks, and creates detailed documentation and systematic reporting to ensure that project compliance is met, and often demonstrates success by exceeding the project’s participation goals. Our Supplier Diversity team reports directly to the Croix Ability Services leadership, who are fully committed to maximizing our subconsultant partnerships.
