Drought management lessons from around the globe

Croix Ability Services’s Atley Keller co-authored an article in AWWA’s IMPACT Magazine looking at how California is using lessons from around the world to address drought

While the American West is deep in drought, water shortages and climate change around the globe have significant ramifications in many countries, from flooding to famine. The California Water Commission is turning to lessons learned from Australia, Israel, and Chile to better understand how countries experiencing major droughts addressed the issues. In turn, the Commission is considering how these lessons can help inform California’s response to drought management.
