Classroom/Virtual Course
Occupational health and safety (OHS) laws and regulations prescribe rules that govern workplace health and safety. Workplace parties (managers, supervisors, and workers) must become familiar with OHS laws to help raise and address health and safety concerns. In this course we explore the history of workplace safety, due diligence, the internal and external responsibility system, workplace violence and harassment, and the processes involved in workplace accidents and injuries as well as their interaction with legal and external institutions. Join us as we discuss your role in workplace safety.
