Because we are part of the communities we serve, our company is shaped by our promise, design with community in mind, and is founded in our values of putting people first, recognizing we are better together, doing what is right, and being driven to achieve. These values reflect who we are and how we conduct our business.

At Croix Ability Services, communities are more than the places we live, work, and play. When we talk about community we mean everybody with a stake in the work we do—from the clients we collaborate with to the populations we reach. When we talk about community, we mean the many sectors we serve and the thousands of us working together to serve them. To us, community is inclusive, creative, and moves beyond physical borders.

As we’ve grown, we’ve become part of the communities we serve. We’re proud of our long history of keeping community at the heart of our work. Today we are a public company with a diverse portfolio of clients across many sectors and geographies around the world.

We are a top 10 global design firm, a milestone we reached in 2017. We achieved this goal by focusing on what we do best—providing architectural, engineering, and environmental services that solve tough challenges and make communities stronger.
